How to handle a RMA

  • Please fill in the form for the RMA with a detailed decription of failure. "Broken / Damaged" isn't a valid description. If there is no defect, we will charge a fixed rate of EUR 65,00 for inspection and forwarding charges.

  • We kindly ask you to send the completed form to customerservice.at@maxonmotor.com. You will receive a RMA number in a seperate E-Mail afterwards.

  • Please print the E-Mail with your RMA number and enclose it to the shipment.

  • Please use this RMA number in every correspondence.

  • Returns without a valid RMA number and / or not prepaid packages won't be accepted by Kwapil & Co Gesellschaft mbH.

Please understand that the handling of incomplete RMA forms will take longer.
Int he case of warranty, repairs will be free of charge.
Outside the warranty persiod, all charges for repairs will be passed on to the customer.
In case of return shipments for credit notes, we will charge a handling fee, but at least 15 % of processing fee of the article price.
We only accept our general terms of delivery and sales in the current valid version.
Altered conditions implemented by the customer will not be accepted.
